We would like to inform you that our system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, May 20th, starting at 7:15 PM GMT for a period of 3 hours.
During the first 1 hour, the system will be unavailable, which will impact SuccessPlays, Campaigns, and cc to touchpoints, the next 2 hour there may be performance degradation.
Please be advised that the system will trigger each appropriately once it has been brought back online. The purpose of this second phase maintenance is to improve the Database performance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience during this necessary maintenance. We will keep you updated with any further developments and notify you once the system is fully operational.”
